Complete Aged Care offer the following services:

1. Face-to-Face Placement Services with paperwork

Our full Placement Service option with all the inclusions of our RN Consultation package.  We Complete the Entire 14 Step Process, including:

• Telephone Needs Analysis
• One of our experienced aged care RNs comes to your choice of meeting place and conducts a Health and Wellness Assessment.
• A list of suitable homes based on care, personal and geographical needs is then forwarded for you for inspection (up to 7 homes)

PLUS:

• We compile and forward off the relevant paperwork required (to Centrelink or Department of Veteran Affairs – DVA, whichever is applicable)
• A one off only fee, whether the Placement process takes 2 – 6 or more months
• When you’re offered a room at your choice of Residential Aged Care Home, we can also negotiate the bond and other fee amounts on your behalf
• PLUS: unlimited Web and Phone support to our staff concerning all areas of the Placement Process for the entire duration of the placement process

2. Face-to-Face Consultation Services without paperwork

• Telephone Needs Analysis
• Experienced aged care RN in-home consultation
• Recommendations and suitable options for home types

3. Face-to-Face Consultation for In Home Care Package

• Telephone Needs Analysis
• Experienced Aged Care RN In-Home Consultation
• Health and Wellness Assessment
• RN Determines if client eligible for package
• If yes, CAC sources package from relevant not-for-profit
• If no, CAC recommends “Home Instead Care”

4. Face-to-Face ACFI Income Maximisation Consultation

• Telephone Needs Analysis
• RN visits Residential Aged Care Home
• Reviews ACFI applications to ensure providers are accessing all entitlements (maximising their income)
• Makes recommendations
